Are you an empath? This is for you. I rarely do this other than one on one but am being poked hard to do it here. If you are an empath, you are likely feeling so MUCH right now and may have heightened emotions and anxiety. You feel it strongly in your body and may be crying easily. If this is true for you the last two days, especially today here is a guide to help. You may not have connected it with war. Stop watching or reading about the invasion into Ukraine. You need to protect your SELF right now. You won’t be ignoring it, you know what’s happening, now help yourself and them. Take time to remove yourself from the collective fear and start to tap into the collective love that is being sent to them from around the world. If you pray, send prayers of peace to BOTH the people of Russia and the Ukraine, if you meditate see both countries surrounded and infused with love and a desire for peace. And yes, pray for Putin to decide to retreat, to change his stance. As an empath, you can’t help through fear you help through shifting your energy to healing the situation. And this in turn will help you to regain some balance.
